Originally Doug was contracted to help us with a static system in a language he was not deeply involved with. He undertook to learn it and did so with speed and efficiency. However, almost immediately rather than just keep our system functioning, we needed special features & integrations to sign a large new client and so Doug took the challenge head on – allowing us to acquire the business and since his development leveraged the technology in a way that didn’t require us to take on further staffing we benefited immediately (and for about 9 years!) from his efforts.
